"Staff was wonderful and I hate to leave a bad review simply because of that. But my room had a disgusting, mildew smell - like the guest before me had left their wet moldy gym clothes in there. I asked the staff to check it out, but the only solution they had was to crack a window, which then had to quickly be closed due to safety concerns. So the next 5 days I had to deal with this mildew smell each time I walked into my room. It was awful. I’d never stay here again, simply because the room smelled unclean. Again, the staff was incredible, but the smell of my room unbearable. "
