"We had three rooms, the one on the 3rd floor was newer than the two on the second floor. Staff were very helpful and attentive, but they were definitely short-staffed. What with it being Durga Puja, management should have employed more staff to make the restaurant and room service more efficient. ..."

"The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace."
