"Great big comfy bed and pillow. No 1 priority. Staff were excellent. We only stayed one night arriving late and leaving early the next day. They t’d up transport for us for a late arrival and check in "

"This is a small, beautiful hotel in a good location for walks to the beach (20 minutes) and to the main street with shops and restaurants (15 minutes). Naleepa and Madusha are excellent masseuses, thank you ladies! I recommend this for any stay in Negombo!"

"The property was excellent value. Breakfast was really lovely with yoghurt, fruit and choice of eggs. Would highly recommend especially if you like cats!"

"Okay for 1 or 2 nights. Features a very nice beach front restaurant, that made my stay worthwhile. Rooms are quite boring and only in fair shape. AC is either a noisy freezer or you switch off. Tap water has high content of chlorine, not nice in skin. Hotel is lacking easy accessible information about facilities and also basic features such as DND door signs don't exist. Upon check out at 0:30h I found no one picking up phone help line 110, no one (zero!) staff at reception desk, no security...
