"Yellow stain on the sheets. Floor was clean. One of the pegs under the bed slid out as I sat on the bed, nearly fell. Place is a dump."

"Was the only hotel not sold out in the area, parking was close to the room, quick and easy check in process."

"Property is a little dated and musty but overall was clean and had what we needed. Loved access to the lemon water in the lobby. The view outside the hotel is amazing ."

"Great value"

"I've stayed at several Route 66 motels in Flagstaff and Williams over the years. This was my first time at Relax Inn and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was in terms of cleanliness. I also noted the upgraded windows and LED lighting in the room. The staff was friendly too!"
