Location to downtown is perfect for walking and exploring. The rooms are clean and perfect for sleeping in. The hotel is very quiet and safe. Lots of light in the parking lot. Will stay again. Great budget friendly hotel.

The room was clean and had what I needed. I'm guessing that the heater worked because while cool, it was not uncomfortable. I don't believe that refrigerator worked however and I had to borrow an adapter from the office to charge my phone because the lamp had two electrical outlets on it, but no USB outlet. Disappointed that ice was not available but I survived. They might want to consider putting the body wash IN THE SHOWER alone with the shampoo and conditioner. All in all it was acceptable while also being very affordable.

Great for the price, you get exactly what you pay for, plus friendly staff! The building is old, but the staff keeps it clean and good condition. You can hear the street outside, but it didn't bother our sleep, and we were only a block from the train station, which we needed to walk to in the morning. It's in the middle of downtown Flagstaff, and we would definitely stay again if it suited a future trip.

Located at a major intersection to get around town easily but also across the street from the train tracks so that was a bit loud at times (hard to avoid though anywhere in Flagstaff) Service was nice and easy - old rooms but fixed nicely enough to sleep and shower.

We moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at the hotel monte vista and it was everything we needed to turn our stay around! Clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and half the price. I recommend this hotel over the other any day!!
