"Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a budget place to stay, but was great for the price. Breakfast seemed better than in other similar Ibis hotels. We may well stay here again as a stopping point after the tunnel when driving to our place in France."

"Comment dire, si on pouvait attribuer 11/10 alors ce serait le cas...Endroit magnifique, avec cette gentillesse du nord que l'on adore. Notre chambre la 2+1 était très spacieuse, et très bien équipée. Et là on arrive a la partie voisine à notre chambre une superbe piscine couverte et son jacuzzi, idéale pour un moment de relaxation. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et vraiment on ne manque de rien. Merci beaucoups pour ce service de qualité. Nous y reviendront lors dans prochain séjour...

"The host for this property was very welcoming and attentive. The views are spectacular and the breakfast was wonderful beautifully fresh eggs from the chickens you see around the property. I did expect it to be attached to a shopping centre and expected it to have a restaurant as these were in the hotels.com description and neither of these statements are true. But there is a shopping centre within 3 miles and by the sea there are a number of restaurants which are a short drive away ."

"Notre chambre etait tres calme, pas des bruits qui affectes notre sommeil. Personnel trea supportif, le petit dejeuner excellant! Une detail etait negative, je vous conseille de nettoyer le toit du building derriere l'hotel parce-que clients(?) ont fume et ont jete des centaines des bouts de cigarettes sur ce toit. "

"This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!"

"The check in process was easy and as check in closes at 10pm and our arrival was going to be close to that, the hotel called us on route to check our arrival time and advise us of the gate code and door entry code if we were to arrive after 10pm. The room and bathroom were clean well presented and had tea and coffee facilities, and the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep.
