Having stayed at this hotel on several occasions, I chose to return because of its calm, zen-like atmosphere and excellent location, which feels like an oasis after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is generally very clean, and the lobby creates a welcoming first impression. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a major let-down and well below the standards I have come to expect from this hotel. While the staff were quick to acknowledge the issue and offered complimentary lounge access for one day during our five-night stay, the gesture felt somewhat inadequate as it did not extend to any other facilities. The staff were otherwise helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was good, although there was room for improvement. Overall, while the hotel retains its peaceful charm and strong location, parts of the property are beginning to feel dated, and the disappointing arrival experience detracted from what could have been a much stronger stay.

Our extended stay at Taj Lands End has been truly exceptional! The level of service and attention to detail made our experience incredibly comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Aniket and Mahendra at breakfast, who were always attentive, efficient, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Rajan and Kajal were prompt and responsive, taking great care of all our in-room needs. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Vinit, the housekeeping manager, deserves particular appreciation—he was just as impressive during our previous stay as well, consistently maintaining high standards. We truly appreciate the team’s dedication and look forward to returning again!

I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel.
