Rooms and common areas very very clean and well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but well equipped. Staff and service in the restaurant were very good. We would have liked onsite ATM or foreign currency conversion facility which was not available

Umesh is really good in housekeeping.. he always ask if you need any room cleaning or not..friendly staffs..highly recommended.. and. I feel like the dinners buffet price is little high..but rest of them is really good..thank you for the service..

Front desk staff are attentive and efficient. Room was comfortable. The mattress was excellent. Four full-size pillows, although a little too spongy for me. I’d suggest offering a different pillow style on two of them. Superb shower and water pressure. Breakfast opens at 6:30am and is the star of the show at this hotel. Numerous options include traditional English offerings, an egg station where they do whatever you ask, and do it well. Traditional Indian offerings are plentiful, and vary from morning to morning. A Dosa station opposite the egg one. Fruits, breads, yogurts, cheeses, etc. are all excellent quality. And the coffee is so good that I never used my Aeropress in room that I always travel with. The breakfast servers are friendly and helpful. I especially wish to thank Hashim and Aryan for their friendliness and service.

Terrible service Parking on line shows self parking available but they will not allow driver to stay in car. They should Change online details Too small lobby. No place to comfortably sit in lobby while checking in. Overall. Not recommend this hotel for family or leisure. At all

Arrived late due to flight delay. Check in staff said Breakfast is not paid and asked me to pay. When asked for food out of menu, item were not available for dinner. And finally, toilet flush was overflowing after first use, called services to fix, they tried but didnt worked. This was 2am. So had to ask them to stop water supply to flush so can get some sleep before long all day international flight. I had to call them in morning again to get the water supply started. No courtesy from hotel front desk for all mess. Absolutely never to go and Hilton should remove its name. Being Hilton Honours 10+ years one of the worst experience
