We chose this hotel due to its location within terminal 2. It’s quite easy to find in the arrivals hall. Initial impression was not fantastic. We arrived late and tired and the receptionist came across as sarcastic and quite frankly a bit irritating when we asked to part pay in cash so we could use up the remainder of our INR before leaving India. The rooms were just about ok: small, windowless, with good working AC. The floor in the bathroom was buckled and fraying. The sheets were old and stained. It did the job for a few hours. The location is really the benefit of this place if you have a long layover.

At the checkout, they accompanied me all the way to indigo counter and helped me get ahead in line. Everything was perfect! Loved the quiet and peaceful. Loved the hotwater bath before journey. Did not have chance to taste the food as we already brought our food with us.
