Staff is very courteous and polite. They offer a good value breakfast. The property is clean and well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are good size. Highly recommended for family travellers.

The hotel and rooms were clean, with room and bathroom amenities working well. Breakfast was good, with decent variety of dishes. Check-in was was relatively quick but instead of asking guests to manually fill out forms, reception should have the details all in filled in before printing them out for the guests to sign. Otherwise, staff were courteous and professional.

The staff was not very friendly . Hotel was clean but the sheets kinda smelled a bit . They gave me 2 twin beds but said no extra person cannot come over . I was the only one there. Shower gel was not filled , moisturiser seems like already used , it was small open bottle . Kinda sketchy . Room was good and clean though

Enitre hotel is renovated, compared to pre-Covid days. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

The property is located in a good location. No issues finding cabs or restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and spacious and the service is good. Slightly costly (6k/night) but i gues all in all justified by the above positives. No negatives per se. Will stay again.

Solid place close to the airport.

Solid hotel stay close to the airport. Not the easiest to get Ubers there at some points in the evening, but the property itself was in decent shape with more improvements happening daily. I was pretty low maintenance, but staff was helpful when needed. Would consider staying here again.

Overall it’s very bad experience. Stained bedspreads and wrinkled (it don’t look fresh) at toilet no water pressure. A/c noise and not working properly.

Well situated right on WEH Metro and close to airport and Andheri station this is easy to get to if you're happy staying away from SoBo. I have stayed here many times. Love the vibe of Central Bombay and the convenience of the location. Very clean comfortable hotel. Good value. Service good. Rooms simple but comfortable, nice spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Lots of people staying here on business.

This was our second stay. We thoroughly enjoyed last time but by now hotel condition has deteriorated. Mosquito in the room that bit me on entrance. Mosquito in dining area. Again got bit. Musty smell in the dining area. But people very helpful. Good service and care

Not a pleasant stay.

I stayed at the hotel on Nov 26 2019. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and the room. And fairly quick check in. But there were many negatives: there was no hot water when i needed to shower very early morning before catching an early flight. I had requested a wake up call and no one called. They say they have a shuttle to the airport but its not free. It cost me Rs 500 for a short drive to the airport. Not a pleasant stay.

After four years in a row staying here for my annual stay in Mumbai, I left after a night having two more paid for already. Hot water not working, it was mentioned as an afterthought after finishing my check in. I arrived really late and had an early morning conference, so I went down to the lobby with two concerns: the room was not as the one I booked and I have stayed in all my previous times and the wifi was not stable enough for my morning conference call. The gentleman in the front desk (I believe he is pretty new there) disregarded my concerns and didn't answer my most basic question: was there a way for me to use a wire to connect in the morning? (I know there is) He sent someone to reboot the router and insisted that is all they could do. My connection dropped during the conference 3 times in 40 minutes, I booked my stay at another hotel right away. I think expecting to have your concerns heard and addressed properly is a very low bar for a hotel. I am sad that I won't be staying there any more, I am a huge fan of their food and some of the staff, but when you travel for work you need a hotel that is responsive to your issues in a professional manner.

Hotel with multiple issues!

There are good and bad points: Good: 1) Breakfast staff was very prompt and helpful 2) Club room was nice size 3) The breakfast food overall was nice (could do with bit more variety) 4) one of the managers that was there when we signed in was very politie and friendly (Wish he was there to help when all the issues started one after another) 5) some staff very hardworking and friendly - Thanks for service Bad: 1) customers were complaining about many different things 2) The hotel doesn't provide all that is listed that you get in hotel 3) we ended up having to use buckets to bath as hot water wasn't available for shower 4) Lunch food was disappointing especially Bhindi wasnt cooked properly snd was a bit raw. 5) my sister had rashes due to bed bugs / insect in her bed 6) the other manager wasn't really Capable of resolving any issues and admitted that he knew about the issues 7) There were no slippers and bathrobes and they know this but still Hotels.com, Bookings.com etc still mention these amenities even though customers don't benefit from it. This is false advertising and misleading when booking. 8) They charges another customer for a shaving kit and not me for the dental kit. Something isn't right here at this hotel. 9) Got told to operate tv from the box as remote only worked for volume then after complaining they sent someone to fix it. 10) Room key stop working I took family ranging from ages of 1&half years of age to 90 years of age.
