The hotel does not exist. It was demolished by the municipality in October 2025. I booked the hotel on January 2, 2026. and prepaid $42. When I reached to the spot and came to know that the hotel does not exist, I tried to ask the locals and got the phone number of the owner. The owner bluffed on the phone that he tried reaching me by phone and email and I did not respond. He told me that he book me in another hotel a long time ago. I went there and that owner said that he got the book 15 minutes ago but his hotel is full. I asked for refund but that owner blocked me. Later I came to know from the locals that multiple people are coming there on daily basis. I am surprized that hotels.com is supporting this scam scheme - get $42 and try to push in $20 hotels in shady areas of the town. Please give me my refund, otherwise I will dispute the charge through my credit card since I did not get the service. This is a SCAM. Take a stand.
