"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades...

"Such an incredible place to stay. Directly opposite the entrance to Pompeii! Perfect after hours of walking. Our room had a lovely balcony and plenty of room. Frsh cappuccino at breakfast and home baked croissants. Cereal, cakes and juice all available for breakfast. Dino welcomes you and could not be more helpful. When our flights were cancelled due to a pilot strike, we did not hesitate to book additional days here. We will stay here again if we return. "

"When we booked we were told there was a restaurant and bar open year round only to find there was no restaurant at all. We were then told we could get food from the bar but then told it was very limited to what we could actually get. Some employees were very friendly and others not so much. "The location was excellent, and the views of the water and the mountain were exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The bartender made fantastic drinks and even created some of his own concoctions for us. We had lunch one day and we had dinner on another day and both times the food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. in the summer There seems to be a music festival that looks fabulous. Highly recommend!"
