"This was a one-night stay having travelled from Montenegro to get a flight from Dubrovnik. We wanted somewhere cheap but accessible for the Old Town as leaving the following afternoon. For price and staying in the middle of the Old Town, you can’t beat it. The biggest negative was being woken at 0445 hrs by deliveries outside, for which we were then awake till the morning. We felt we could cope with this for one or two nights but bring ear plugs for any more. The room itself was basic but very clean which we could not fault."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations in that it was in a wonderful location just a short distance from the old town. The housekeeper was one of best we have ever had! She was so efficient and friendly each time we saw her. Our room was cleaned punctually each morning to an excellent standard. We were room 108. We ate one evening at the Taj Mahal restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The pool area of the hotel is very small but was adequate for our trip. Our only complaint relates to the female bar staff at the Piano Bar. In my opinion they did not represent the friendliness and welcoming appeal of the hotel. Each evening after our meal we went to the bar for a cocktail. On each occasion the female staff were rude and basically not bothered! On our last evening I went up to the bar to order our drinks. The female staff were standing chatting and laughing. They totally ignored me so I stood there until a male staff member arrived from the outside area. As in previous evenings he was both pleasant and efficient in taking my order and making us feel welcome rather than an inconvenience, which was how his female colleagues had definitely acted. I feel this needs to be addressed as I was not alone in being treated this way. On our last morning we were allowed a late check out for a small fee. This was wonderful and greatly appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and return there again if visiting Dubrovnik."

From the moment I arrived, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. She truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude represent hospitality at its finest. She was so very helpful with all of my special requests (food, shopping, etc.); Dalila is a standout star ! Prijeko Palace itself is beautiful and full of character, offering the perfect blend of comfort and unique charm. The combination of a stunning property and impeccable, personalized service made this an unforgettable visit. It's location was ideal for seeing all of Dubrovnik; I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I am incredibly grateful to Dalila for making my trip so special. I will definitely be returning!"

"Hotel Lapad is a charming hotel in a lovely location.. My room had a small balcony with a beautiful side view of the sea, which I really enjoyed. However, considering the price, I expected the room to be a little more comfortable and updated. My experience with the front desk staff was mixed. Although they were helpful at times, their manner occasionally felt a bit unwelcoming, and I sometimes hesitated to approach them with questions or requests\. A warmer and more hospitality-focused attitude would make the overall guest experience much more enjoyable. Beautiful pool but not enough chairs for the guests."
