"Fantastic hotel and spa"

"Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines."

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

"What i liked: fast and easy check-in. Fast room service. What i didn't like: The very loud whistling sound from having too much positive air pressure in the hallways. Having to put wet towels under the door and weighing them down with my luggage to stop the high pitched whistle. "The parking garage was under construction during our stay, and unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us of this prior to booking. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Traveling with two children, I had to find parking at a nearby garage and carry all our belongings to the room on my own, which was quite inconvenient. The front desk staff checked us in but did not provide basic information such as restaurant hours or the WiFi password. Overall, the lack of...

"The property has an over, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge, which is rare to find at this price. The host responded to my messages promptly. The only issue I found was that there is little noise insulation, so the noise could comes in from outside and the hallway. But overall, excellent value for the money and well designed property in and out."
