"When we got into the room, 2 lamps didn’t work and they were only able to fix 1 so our room was very dark. There was a baseball sized stain of rust? (I could be wrong) in the middle of the bathtub. The bathroom towels had stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. There was old chips under the bed (i dropped something and had to look under there). The staff was friendly. but the cleanliness was just awful "

"Very safe, in walking distance to a lot of stores. The hotel door locks after 10pm and then you can only enter with your room key. So felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"Amazing pool! This is the social hub and central feature of this hotel. Accross the street at the VIA train station you will find lots of quick eats to grab. Better restaurants can be found just to the east. I love staying here! "
