The staff service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. The only complaint was about the room we stayed in. Both sinks in the bathroom were extremely clogged, and would overflow with just the water turned on lightly. There was also a giant wet spot on the carpet, next to the bed, and on the side of the bed. It seemed like the last guest spilled a drink, like a smoothie possibly. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.

This was our second time staying here, love the location and the room was very nice, really appreciated the early check in and the upgrade! So convenient if you’re going to the Bell Centre. High marks to Ariel for his advice on restaurants and directions! He was very helpful and friendly.
