"Fantastic hotel and spa"

"Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines."

"I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. I would not recommend Holt Cafe connected to the hotel, as the food quality was subpar. In contrast, they booked us for dinner at Foxy and that was lovely as the...

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"The first night of our stay our room temperature was quite warm (hovering around 26), but we were too tired to deal with it. The second day it reached 28C which was uncomfortably hot. We called the front desk for the first time around 1pm and asked for someone to come check our thermostat - nobody came. We called a second time around 3:00 and requested the same - again waiting so we could accommodate maintenance - nobody came. It ultimately ended up being a waste of our entire afternoon and...

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Birks Montreal. The lobby is beautiful and the smell absolutely fabulous. The hotel is well located, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are modern. Our room was on the 6th floor with a city view, it was surprisingly quiet, we slept very well. The bathrobes are luxurious but we’re surprised that there were no slippers. We took advantage to have drinks at the bar before going out for dinner and then had breakfast on our last day."

"Manon checked us in. Such a lovely person very approachable and professional. Ariel was very helpful ( as always). We have been to the Warwick many times. The balcony has a great view of Mountain street. The rainwater shower was exceptional . My nephew Joseph loved the birthday cookies ( very kind). Can't recommend your Hotel enough. "Unique hotel, beautiful interior in a cool part of town with amazing restaurants and local vibe. Very comfortable (mattress from heaven), super clean, lovely continental breakfast. Will definitely come back! Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"Staff were incredible and the hotel is super beautiful. We were a bit disappointed that it was advertised to have a pool but there was not one or I think it is still under construction. Overall great stay just disappointed that there was advertised to be a pool."
