The location is perfect—right in the heart of Banff—with beautiful mountain views all around. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt peaceful and relaxing, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. "Great and very responsive front desk service. Friendly staff and accommodating. Nice family place to stay as well, they had a well respected quiet time and also the amenities were awesome. Not to mention the freshly ground coffee they give you for each morning! Would definitely stay here again. "
