"I highly recommend Max Rooms. The staff is very kind, communicative and attentive- they really care about your experience! The house keeping staff keep the premises very clean. I was especially impressed with the freshness if the linens and the comfortable bedding. "When I made the reservation I thought we were at the main lodge and not at the camp. Of course the property is beautiful Accommodations were nice beds very comfortable , staff and was great but having to get up to walk to the bathroom was not fun for me so in the future when I book I will be making sure I’m at the main lodge. I think the camp is great for backpackers and those on a budget. "

(45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. "Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....

"The staff was great, helpful, available when needed, the property was beautiful maintained, pool was beautiful, walking trails, well lit up at night so getting around was easy. The staff had great recommendations and over all we had a wonderful and would definitely recommend staying here. On a side note, we had a kitchen in our cabana and it could have used a few additional items for easier cooking. Otherwise , everything was great!. "

"Great place. It does not have Ana actual outdoor hot tub like in the pictures but a soaking tub in the bathroom. Water pressure was really bad so if you'd like a bath make sure to start pouring an hour ahead of time but the water temperature was hot so I didn't mind. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was really low too. The pool was nice and clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay despite these little hiccups. "

"What a find! Very quiet, secluded and private villas with well equiped kitchens and comfortable bed. Beautiful, large screened porch area. Very clean. On site managers keep the beautiful, extensive grounds meticulously maintained as well as the pool and BBQ area. Enjoyed hiking to both Big Rock Falls and a cool cave. "

"I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again."
