"Beautifully furnished with style and convenience in mind. The bed was a little too soft and caused my husband back pain. Staff unwilling to assist with our luggage even when we offered a tip. Over all stay was pleasant. "

Die Einrichtung ist super kreativ und erinnert mit ihrem Retro-Charme an Scooby Doo – überall findet man liebevoll gestaltete Details, vom Comic-Heft im Zimmer bis hin zur detaillierten Beschreibung der Inhaltsstoffe im Shampoo. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es gibt eine Laundry.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Frühstücksrestaurant The Ruby, das direkt dazugehört und absolut zu empfehlen ist....
"Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again!

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."
"Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Wharf and Chinatown. Staff were excellent and accommodating. We wanted to check-in early after a long early flight and they did everything possible and got ua checked in two hours early. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront.
We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent."
