"This was good hotel stay. Although an older building, it is well maintained and has been updated. The location is central. I like to use local mass transit and there's bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The first night I couldn't get the hot water working. Jeffery came straightway and showed me how to work it properly. Like I said it was a good stay."

"This was such a lovely experience. The hotel was sweet enough to upgrade our room for our anniversary as a surprise! The space was lovely and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection they offer each morning was delicious! The location is great too. About 15-20 minutes of walking to get downtown and experience that. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Beautiful location! The room was great; spacious, modern, and clean. The trip was to celebrate my sister's birthday. The hotel sent a bottle of prosecco and snacks to our room as a gift! It was so thoughtful! We also each got a robe and slippers to use at the pool and hot tub. I would 100% stay here again. We had an amazing time. Oh, the hotel bar/restaurant happy hour is also fantastic! "
