Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. "We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." "

"Hotel is located at old Haifa part. You can park at hotel which you have to pay 40 Shilkel but also you can park on street before you reach hotel and it's free. However, I stay 2 nights but they didn't give us new water bottles for second night. "

"The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "
