"Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. "We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. "Good place to stsy"

"The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,...

"We had just gotten off a 15 hour flight. We arrived at about 11:30pm. The lady at the front desk said we could not check in until the next morning!!!! We canceled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel."

"I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease. "
