Basic but clean & comfortable, make the effort to walk into the town - it’s beautiful especially around the town square, good bars and dining options. Hotel is an excellent place to start homeward journey on the Route de Napoleon if you’re heading back to the UK.

Quiet location with ample parking space, including private parking. No disturbances experienced. However, the room was disappointing—small and cramped. The sink is inconveniently located within the room itself, and the shower is uncomfortably tiny.

My family and I came to this hotel and the very first person we met at the front desk was an older man. He continued to ignore me and instead assist the French person behind me. The customer said to the man working the front “the woman was first and I think she has a question”. He asked me what I need didn’t even look at me and so I asked for water. He shrugged me off and so I asked again. Finally, I asked why can’t you help me get some water. He said because you are American. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He said he is protecting himself. The last day of our stay we checked out. Of course the man was working. We took our bags down, and he once again treated us very poor yelling at us to move our bags. He made me feel uncomfortable as an American to travel to France ever again.

J'ai prévenu d'une arrivée tardive et on m'a dit aucun souci il y a un automate à l'entrée, vous mettez votre nom et ce code et vous aurez le code de la chambre. Une fois là-bas à 23h l'automate ne marche pas, personne ne répond à la sonnette d'urgence...

Incheckningen var en katastrof. Hotellet har ingen bemanning med undantag av på förmiddagen. Vi kom till hotellet ca 20.40. För att komma in krävdes ett bokningsnummer. Jag hade inte fått något sådant, utan enbart ett nummer på resplanen. Situationen räddades av en annan hotellgäst, som bokat sitt rum på annat sätt. De hade skickat honom en kod för hans bokning och hjälpte honom att få fram en kontakt till hotellet. På så sätt fick jag koderna till de två rum jag bokat. Denna övning försenade oss med en timme. Hotellet är prisvärt, men jag rekommenderar att man tar kontakt med hotellet någon dag före ankomst. Man kan då be att få en incheckningskod. Alternativt betalar man direkt i incheckningsautomaten vid ankomst. Hur man i så fall ska reservera rummet vet jag inte.

Problème de voisin qui hurle, se batte, frappe au porte la nuit. Donc faire attention car même si c’est un hôtel propre et confortable cela gâche le séjour.

c'est une première fois et surement une dernière fois dans cette chaine d'hôtel. Pour croiser le personnel c'est au client de s'adapter au horaire.(c'est très impersonnel de se retrouver face à un écran pour avoir des codes ou des clefs) autant aller sur du RB&B. A la réservation on ne pouvait que prendre les petits dej pour tout le séjour alors que je devais partir tôt le dernier jour. la chambre est vraiment petite. rien a redire sur la propreté.
