"The staff were wonderful- the manager Pauline (?) very accommodating. But overall the property was disappointing, although a great location on Old City, nowhere to park car or even un load car! We had to park 20 minutes walk and walk all of our luggage in on foot. They said no taxis could enter. This was a huge problem. Also the rooms had garbage on floor, and the brekkie seemed like it wasn’t made that morning. The beds were decent, the showers fine. Just overall not my favorite accommodation...

The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty.     "I was very happy with these accommodations. They were clean, and the staff was so helpful and pleasant! If I needed anything, I had it literally within minutes. It is not a traditional hotel (no front desk reception, but instead there is a person to contact via What’s App who is responsive and answers immediately). There are beautiful rooms to stay in, right across from Mamilla. Excellent location, and the price is significantly less expensive than the other hotels in the area. I highly recommend."
