"Asked for help to cool my room (the a/c is centrally set at a minimum of 24 degrees… not great when it’s 35 outside at night). But was fobbed off every time - one time they even laughed at me. Room is good and clean. Reception would benefit from vending machines or selling some water etc. Shame about ..."

"The hotel is gorgeous and so was the room I was placed in. Nice and spacious. The room could do with a bit of a deeper clean as there was rust on the shower heads and bathroom sink.
