"Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional."

"The location of the hotel was central to all the important historical attractions. The hotel is elegant with an air of luxury and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was super clean , beautiful bed linen and comfortable. We had lunch and dinner on several occasions and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely stay there again."

"They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind."

"This was our 3rd visit to the Pergola. Love the location away from the main road and the view from the hotel across to the church and Gozo in the background is amazing. We had breakfast included and the choice was excellent. The hotel is part of a group called G3 and we have eaten at several of their restaurants and the standard is also excellent. Won’t be our last visit either."

"The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"

"Since Staying at the Sheraton in Dubrovnik, Croatia, I have not written a review like this! The staff and the views of the Mediterranean were incredible. The breakfast and the kindness of the lead hostesses and the waitstaff were simply the best. They were kind and caring-making sure that our every need was taken care of. The front desk staff too-from the check-in to check-out were the definition of customer service!! In addition, the breakfast buffet was delicious-they even had a juicer!!!...

"This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. Bed was super comfy, hotel itself is beautifully bohemian and traditionally Maltese and amenities were a bonus - loved the rooftop bar with its stunning views. Perfectly located for accessing Valetta but in a quieter location. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Malta. Thank...

"We had a beautiful stay here, the property is kept very nice and clean our room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Our only complaint is that we did not get the room we booked. We were supposed to have a balcony with chairs and table but what we got was a small terrace that you could barley stand on and was facing the French embassy and not the water as the pictures and descriptions stated."
