It’s a popular hotel but basic rooms are very limited. Though, there is a washer/dryer and utensils, plates, chopsticks provided in the cabinet. Good if you want affordable stay, not good if you want to be in the heart of Shinjuku.

The staff were very welcoming and bright. The room was very clean and fresh as usual. You have to accept that it's an old Japanese business hotel so the unit bath is on the small side. But the location is perfect for me.
