The staff were very welcoming and bright. The room was very clean and fresh as usual. You have to accept that it's an old Japanese business hotel so the unit bath is on the small side. But the location is perfect for me.

15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English.

3泊滞在しましたが、部屋も綺麗でしたし、夜は静かでしたし（日中は，ずっと出ていました）とても快適でした！駅からの行き方を問い合わせた際も，分かりやすい動画？を送ってくださったりして、連絡も大変スムーズでした☆チェックインが16時でしたので、少し過ぎて行ったのですが，タブレットに番号を入力すると、エラーとなりました。すぐに問い合わせすると、10分もしないでチェックイン出来ました！（タブレットが不調だったのかもしれません）チェックインの時の疑問以外は、駅にも近くて利用しやすく、快適でした！！
