Il faut savoir que ce sont de nouveaux proprios, 4 mois avant la pandémie! Il y avait bcp de réno à faire. Les chambres sont petites et la déco est à refaire! Alors, ils sont en plein projet de rénovation, un peu à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur et le terrassement est un peu laissé à l’abandon. Par contre, une fois informé de la situation, on oublie vite ces aspects, c’est tranquille, convivial et nos hôtes; très gentils. C’est propre et douillet! Le jour, l’endroit est parfaitement situé pour faire du vélo sur le Corridor aérobique, profiter de la belle grande piscine creusée. Le soir, à 8km du village de St-Sauveur pour l’ambiance et les resto! Nous avons adoré et le déjeuner est excellent !

Une fois que vous avez accepté le fait qu’il faille enlever ses chaussures chaque fois que vous entrez dans l’auberge, cet endroit est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients.

Un très beau week-end au Clos-Joli. J'ai particulièrement aimé le service attentionné des hôtes et la propreté irréprochable. Et que dire du déjeuner : l'offre de plats cuisinés sur place se distingue des produits de grandes surfaces souvent servis dans les auberges. Vraiment, les propriétaires sont à leur place dans ce domaine où le service client fait toute la différence.

Propriétaires tres sympathiques!

La chambre était très propre et les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques. Cependant pour être honnête, notre séjour n’a pas été parfait : - chambre prête seulement à 18h15 - porte de la chambre qui ne barrait pas - pas d’air clim dans la chambre - pas de table disponible pour dejeuner Mais les propriétaires ont fait tout en leur pouvoir pour compenser/réparer ces petites lacunes et il faut considérer que tout est plus compliqué dans le contexte de la Covid-19. Le service à la clientèle offert par les proprios vaut le détour.
