"The hotel was clean and the late night staff was friendly. The daytime front desk staff could not have been any less interested in helping people if they had to be. One was playing on his phone and one was reading a book every time we walked past for two days. A large bus group wiped out the breakfast buffet, and the person replenishing. "Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was quite noisy due to the constant opening and closing of nearby doors, which made it difficult to fully relax. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working during our stay, but the staff accommodated us by moving us to a room on the 1st floor, which felt like an upgrade and was much more comfortable. The location is convenient and close to restaurants and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with enough options to start...

"The swimming pool is a disaster area. Paint chipping off in large pieces and floating in the water. Bottom of swimming pool filthy and covered in dirt. The rooms need maintained and updated. Beds are uncomfortable and old. Free breakfast in the morning was disgusting. Don't even have chocolate milk for kids."

"I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay.
