Juan, at the front desk, was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Keep him. He's an asset to your business. All was great during my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, safe and well lit property as well. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. And the breakfast and dining area were clean and comfortable. Pack a bag, reserve a room, and enjoy!!

My two nights at the Hampton Hotel were spectacular. Despite the construction or remodeling they were doing, everything was great. The breakfast was also good. I regularly stay at this hotel for at least 7 years now and always try to get a suite with them every year. My stay has never changed; my expectations are always the same and they always surprise me for the better every time. I'm fascinated by the new decoration and the new things they are putting on the wall. It looks more elegant.

The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Of the 2 rooms we had for the night the beds were comfortable & 1 of the rooms was very quiet. Unfortunately the lobby & elevators were cluttered with construction materials, old decorations & covered furniture as they clearly were sprucing up the place. It made the entrance & lobby unusable. They were painting the front desk throughout the day & night which was smelly. I chose this Hampton Inn over another close by because of reviews & the nice lobby space. I was very disappointed to be unaware that this place was in such disarray. I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns & the breakfast & selection was also disappointing - just ok, at best. I’m sure you can do better & I will look at other options in the future.
