Excellent place to stay! Very clean and well kept? The staff was great and extremely friendly and helpful! The nightshift desk clerk was excellent and he went above and beyond to help me! I truly enjoyed my stay here! 😊 Would recommend this hotel to anyone, for work or pleasure!

This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange. However, it is a nice property otherwise.

$162 for a room. The room was nice and clean with a full size refrigerator, burner to cook and cooking utensils. No pool except indoor, coffee was free but the creamer that was available was a big jug of syrup and food options were minimal and refrigerated. For the price I payed for one night I definitely expected better amenities

The kitchenette was sparse. Only two of each item. There was nothing to use to wipe dishes. The full size dishwasher is a waste. The fridge was nice sized. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall nice stay.

My room was infested with FLEAS. Ruined my anniversary. Would never stay here again. Staff only offered "sorry" and nothing more. They did move us to a room which is the least they could do. It wasn't a suite like we paid for. I wanted to file a complaint but the girl upfront was ditzy and did nothing, not call a manager or actually take my complaint and try to help the situation-just gave me a blank dead fish stare.
