"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. The room I was in the first two nights was fine. It was a decent sized room by my standards but almost half of it was taken up by a jacuzzi tub that I was instructed not to use. Weird but ok.
