"I know it is hard to stay somewhere without a lot of reviews. But this is a newer place to stay so not a lot of reviews. I am glad we took a chance and stayed here, it is close to the party zone but quiet. About a nice 15-20 minute walk to where all the restaurants are. Way nicer than the place we stayed before, we would have probably stayed here two nights but the 11:00 am check out was a little early for me, so I would recommend putting a 12 or 1:00 pm check out. Which they offered up when we rushed back after breakfast, the cleaner who is also the sister told us tranquilo. Also after we reserved the place, I saw it was a place where you have to get in touch with the owner for access to the room, this made me a little nervous because we had reserved it the same day. But I had no reason to worry, they had excellent communications. I even let them know I wasn’t feeling well so they did their best to get the room ready a little early. I will definitely stay there again in a room with a tub next time. The bed was firm but comfortable. This place is an excellent deal, we stayed at a crappy hotel the night before that somehow had excellent reviews and the bed wasn’t as comfortable, the kitchen was shared and it was noisy. Definitely wished I would have stayed here. Thank you Cindy for being so responsive and helpful! "
