The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms door was a bit difficult if you didn't have both hands. The absence of utensils for the kitchen made it pointless to have. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

It was a clean room with very friendly staff. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. The downside was that we were not close to public transit and the tourist party area was farther away.

Fabulous studio style apartment. Wish we would have had time to stay longer and settle into a routine. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Only sore spot, some passed out drugged out types along the main streets.

Place is up to American standards- safe with a person 24/7 guarding the door entry to the complex. This place is located in Laureles which is the new hipster area in Medellin- tons of restaurants and places to go out while still feeling safe. Walking distance to the metro (15 min)

All I can say is that I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Colombia, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I’m glad I picked this property. It was like having my own little studio Apartment in the middle of a beautiful city. Everything was walking distance or a short Uber away. The staff were super polite, accessible and helpful. The place was secure and any guest who came in had to show ID and get logged in. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay extra for the cleaning lady to tidy up your place, unlike hotels in America where they make the bed and change the towels daily etc. However I would recommend this place to all my family and friends and will definitely stay here again.

Property is well located, hard to find as it has a bushy small entrance and they do not turn on the SOMOS letters that are on the front. Staff is nice but can not resolve any issues. Check in was nice and smooth. Room located on the ground floor very humid and you can hear everything, 1 towel for 2 people did not have extra had to wait the next day which still they did not bring. Floor was dirty , bed is the worst hotel bed ever. No cable tv just streaming no biggy! They do not inform you that rooms are not cleaned have to pay 14 dollars a day to get it clean that is why the rate is so cheap. Good hot water and ac. Room felt damp. This place is good for backpacking people not for a regular traveler.

Stayed here for a few days and enjoyed. The mall is super close and there’s many options for restaurants walking distance away, including la 70. No complaints. The only thing that I would say to keep in mind is the neighbouring apartments walls are thin so you’ll be able to hear if they’re loud, for me it didn’t bother much as I wasn’t home most of the time
