"Gorgeous villa on a beautiful property. The staff were delightful and super welcoming. My key didnt work initially and the staff member who helped me with my bags arranged for a replacement. It was ready and wanting for me when i came down to reception for dinner. This is definitely the place to escape lifes busy-ness and relax."

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Perla ! The customer service at front desk was excellent. They helped us plan an impromptu trip to beautiful Lake Maggorie and the pretty town of Arona. "I didn't explore the area much. But the location is near the train station. I recommend to arrive there before dark or it will be hard to find the way. The room is nice and clean. I think the restaurant there is a famous place for the locals as well because on the Sunday night it was full booked. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport took 10 mins. "

"You cannot find a better convenient place to stay for the purpose of air travel from terminal 1 Malpensa airport. Comfortable stay great value for money. Very good pizza restaurant about 3 minutes walk from the motel."

"Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300 Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group We stayed 6 rooms minimum...

"The hotel is nice and clean. Room was very well maintained. Outgoing shuttle was excellent. Incoming shuttle was horrible. Waited for more than one hour at the airport surrounded by cars exhaust. At some point the reception even stopped answering the phone. "

"Das Hotel ist super für zwischenstops. Das personal ist sehr freundlich Gibt auch gute tips wo man gut essen geh3n kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber konnten aber mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend würde ich aber immer mit buchen,weil pro Personen 15€an der Rezeption ist viel. Beim mit buchen ist es günstiger. "
