"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

"Schon die Ankunft war mehr als schwierig. Kein Parkplatz.

"Hello, I’m contacting Expedia because I need assistance resolving an issue with my recent reservation.
My reservation was for September 24 –27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests.
I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...

"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."
