Absolute perfection. Our favourite accommodation on our trip. The accommodation and palace are absolutely incredible, the staff is so lovely, the room was perfect, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We can't wait to come back again. Don't miss the Michelin listed restaurant!

Superb experience

Who doesn't like staying at a palazzo? But this really was a wonderful experience. The palazzo is part of a castle, with some houses and restaurants within it. The palazzo has a range of spaces/rooms open to all but the highlight is the terrace with pool and a magnificent view to the sea. That view is only bettered by that of the Hotel's restaurants which really should be visited.

Everything perfect. The views from this location are unbeatable/mesmerasing in late May. Except that our room/apartment was not in the palace. More spartan condition than expected based on published pictures. A few more pictures from rooms in other buildings than the palece are neccessary.

Allow yourself to leave a dream

Incredibly amazing stay in the castle! The pool was clean and with amazing view, the breakfast was delicious and included a wide variety of different foods. The property has amazing WiFi coverage at any corner and it was such a pleasure to work near the pool, or in the small lobby, in the room, everywhere. The two restaurants on the castle territory were nice, one without 'micheline' sign is better;)

Very nice hotel, the hotel stuff makes big effort to please the guest. Only problem is some of the apartments do not have air conditioning and it could get very uncomfortably hot. The breakfast is high quality and delicious.

Excellent stay, gorgeous area. The difficulty is that staff does not inform that gate at the lower parking lot is closed and that guests have to walk up to the castle with their luggage. Staff does not inform guests that there is a golf cart available for transportation. Staff is not ready with golf cart upon check-out. Staff is not yet trained on making check-in and -out convenient for guests with luggage.

Un borgo magico pieno di storia, gatti, rondini e panorami mozzafiato. La receptionist Maria Vittoria ci ha accoliti con il sorriso e aiutati con i bagagli. La sistemazione con doppia camera e doppio bagno in un contesto con soffitto a travi di legno e pavimento in cotto, è stata perfetta per la nostra famiglia di quattro persone. Il pianoforte nel salotto di Palazzo Viviani, gli elementi d’arredo di design e storici, i libri d’arte disponibili ovunque e la meravigliosa piscina, hanno reso questa vacanza magnifica. Una vera oasi di pace 👍

La location è molto bella, all'interno di un borgo storico cinto da mura. Non abbiamo trovato però accettabile aver dovuto far dormire i nostri bimbi su un divano letto tutto sgangherato e cigolante. La colazione è stata molto deludente, con molti prodotti non disponibili e croissant completamente rinseccoliti. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso.
