"The staff was amazing. The property was impeccable. The only thing that I was not too thrilled about was the food. We thought that the specialty restaurants were going to be out of this world, but it was a little bit of a disappointment and the buffet needed to be a little bit more extensive specially if you don’t eat spicy foods. The service provided at the beach was excellent."

"Food and drinks were very mediocre.
À la carte restaurants promise to accommodate dietary needs but except for one there was nothing available.
Restaurant staff could be more helpful.
Spa terrible. I have been to other palladium properties the spa was awful. Promised 80min treatment but finished way early. And the treatment was also not what was discussed!!
Drinks were all watered down!"
