"Good afternoon! I left a separate review for the restaurant, since it is owned by the same person! The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hubby and I had a nice room with a great view since the beach is literally right across the street. The staff is very kind and helpful! However, we couldn’t connect to any of our apps on the television. We were limited to watch 4 or 5 channels. There’s a liquor boutique store within the hotel but it wasn’t open. "Best bathroom I’ve encountered in my travels - the deep soaking tub and extra large shower with 3 separate areas with shower heads were divine! Beach was beautiful and the food was very good. Consistently had decent eating options as a plant based diner. Highly recommend!"

"Nice room with good ac, mini fridge and comfy beds. Coffee, tea etc. my 2 main complaints the room is near dining hall so the noise from their ac was loud thou it is off when restaurant closed. Also they were mopping entry way and reception and didn’t help my partner who was on crutches and seemed annoyed that we were passing thru. Didn’t even hold doors open for him. But have stayed many times and will return. Close to beach and airport and reasonably priced "

"My wife and I have been there twice. 3 weeks ago was our last time. We love the fact that it's not so big and you feel like you're part of the family there instead of just another big resort. The beach is directly across the street and is the most calm and beautiful waters we have been to. There is a Starbucks directly across the street which was different and nice to have. And the food was amazing. We will definitely be making it one of our three trips a year."

"This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep...

"We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was."

"TCH is in a great location for getting in, around and out of MoBay, no doubt. The front desk Clerk was great.....but clearly cognizant of the hotel's shortcomings. The condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! The first room I was placed in, seemed ok for the price. But then the lights went out and I had to be moved as there was no electrician on site. The next room was bigger and also kinda ok, but had what appeared to be mold on the bathroom roof, no covers on the bathroom sink...

"So this place is still recovering from the hurricane. It isn't quite there yet but it's one of the best views I've ever seen of a sunset. Good for people not expecting perfection and are reasonable. Great price and an awesome view"

"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. The flooring need cleaning The electronic not functional period. The bathroom shower dirty. The walls was stripping and needs of painting.
