"I enjoyed the property, the food was good and accommodation was excellent and clean. I loved the art decor throughout the resort displaying Jamaica culture. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort lacked night time entertainment. I would have loved to see beach parties and parties on the patio area. I would go back for a relaxing vacation. The ladies at the spa did an excellent job with the massages."

"I’ve stayed here 4 times and still very happy! Pleaseeeeeeeee however keep the AC low ! I was sweating up a storm at night !! ( you can adjust it but you’d have to keep adjusting it throughout the night )"

"This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back"

"Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so."

"I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property."

"Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. The small kitchen was located where the bathroom should have been and the bathroom was located where the kitchen should have been. Water settles on the...

"never set foot on the property doesnt look anything like the pictures..grass was high need paint ect"

"The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . "
