Nice place for families near Monaco

The hotel is two blocks from Monaco, and walking distance from the casino. They offer breakfast, was good. The staff is very nice.

Very good space for family of 5

We were welcomed in by a friendly member of staff who spoke good english. The check in process could have been a little more efficient, but overall it was easy. There were extra taxes to pay on arrival which were unexpected but nothing too expensive. The apartment we rented was perfect size for our family of 5 with 3 separate sleeping places. Each room was well equipped and spacious and clean. The location was great for walking around the city.

Nice clean rooms

We generally enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues - check in was very slow as noone was on reception on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The pool shut quite early so we could only use it for 30 minutes before it was due to close and the water was not very clean or clear. A dog had been left in the apartment next to ours from 7pm to 1am - which barked constantly. The staff were lovely and let us have a very late check out.

While the room itself was fine, I received a phone call the morning that I was checking in saying I had been "upgraded," but they failed to mention that my upgrade was in a different, older building that was farther from the where I wanted to be. I had picked this hotel because I knew I would be on foot the whole time and my room was in a building in another country.

Everything was just fantastic! I highly suggest you stay here. The location is exceptionally convenient and extremely clean, and the staff is invaluable and kind. It is just one block away to the left of the Monaco boundaries, and the Grand Casino and Mall are a very few blocks away!
