"Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend zugleich. Entsprachen unseren Anfragen ohne Probleme. Das Restaurant ist gediegen, das Frühstück sehr lecker (teilweise als Buffet angerichtetes süßes Buffet, Herzhaftes und Getränke a la Carte ohne Aufpreis). Das Hotel liegt zentral am Hafen sowie fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön wie das Hotel selbst. "This hotel is in a fantastic location for walking around the historic old town of Genoa! The Piazza di Ferrari is amazing with beautiful buildings and great restaurants. The hotel was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious!"

"La habitación super linda, los detalles de acabados y calidad de la habitación son de alta gama... Nosotros llegamos por la tarde 7:30 pm (Solo una noche) lo que nos complico el Check In, se me hizo muy complicado de entender las indicaciones que nos dieron para el auto Check In, por lo que fue un poco difícil, pero una vez ingresado todo fue super excelente La chica de los desayunos (Una chica Venezolana) super amable. El baño genial pero esta separado de la habitación es solo un detalle a...
