Check in staff very helpful and accommodating. Can rent umbrella in lobby by dispensing machine. I did not use the pre check in as Did not have English / Canada as choice but other English speaking countries listed. ie. English/ American"

"Room was clean, no bin in room which was odd. Fridge would be good. Room was very hot and Aircon didn't work. Road was also really loud so window couldn't be kept open."

"The front desk staff were the friendliest group of individuals. Always a nod and spoken greeting whether coming into the hotel or leaving. Helpful with recommendations for dining, etc. The location is good; there is a grocery and liquor store just around the corner. Housekeeping was efficient and inconspicuous. A great stay in a great city."

"Needed a walk in shower so they gave us handicap room which we did not want. Shower was difficult to use. When called down to express unhappiness with room, attitude of staff was bad. In addition, room was very dark with few lights. Will not stay there again."
