"I spent 8 nights here with my daughter and son in law and we were very happy! We had rooms next door to each other on the 6th floor. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very nice too. Location is excellent, within a short walk to an Albert Heijn grocery store, Waterlooplein Markt, and several cafes and bars. A 20 minute walk to Centraal Station and trams closeby too. We didn't eat or drink there though as we felt that was a bit pricey, almost 5 euro for a cappucino. "

"Location was excellent for touring. Walking distance to most places of interest. In the city center but quieter and safer environment. Having an elevator a real plus! Check in staff very helpful and accommodating. Can rent umbrella in lobby by dispensing machine. I did not use the pre check in as Did not have English / Canada as choice but other English speaking countries listed. ie. English/ American"

"The front desk staff were the friendliest group of individuals. Always a nod and spoken greeting whether coming into the hotel or leaving. Helpful with recommendations for dining, etc. The location is good; there is a grocery and liquor store just around the corner. Housekeeping was efficient and inconspicuous. A great stay in a great city."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is centrally situated, near a metro stop and the train station. The staff was very helpful; the breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean."
