Staff were very helpful and professional! Local transportation (tram & metro) were in front of the property. Secured building and elevator access with room keys felt safe and iPad control of all room functions were nice. Very good Amsterdam stay!

The hotel was just what I expect from CitizenM. The hotel itself being lovely. The room as good as always. The staff are really excellent, always making you feel welcome, both on arrival and check out, plus at the bar after a long day exploring.
