"Older hotels but very nice location. Rated cleanliness, location, well-maintained, etc., accordingly. Check-in process had some miscommunication, but overall, a great hotel."

"Not great!! I booked a room at the Eden Hotel because I thought it was old and charming, and when I arrived, my room was in the NYX Hotel, which was not at all charming. Very confusing and disorienting to go up and down hallways and stairs through 2 different hotels, and try to figure out which entrance your cab will be at. We asked for clean towels on two occasions and even offered to carry them up ourselves from reception, but were told they would deliver them to our room for us. No towels ever showed up, and we were forced to use wet damp towels for 2 days (we had water on the floor in the bathroom from something leaking every day) so always damp towels! Hotel location was OK, but that’s about all I can say was a positive for the hotel. The hotel was under construction, which I did not know when I booked it, so maybe that is why there was so much chaos about the accommodations. Would not stay there again."

"The shower didn't work. I had to keep pressing the button, but still stopped after a minute. Not to mention no shampoo in the bottle. Do not book a private room. It's just a small space with thin walls in the middle of lobby. I arrived at 1PM. Asked if early check in is available. She said that the early check in is from 2PM. The locker had 7 euros minimum charge. (They even charge for renting umbrellas). I spent an hour at the lobby and asked again. She said the room is still not ready because I didn't request in advance. Well, I gave an hour. Wasn't it enough? They only have few private rooms. Anyways, after waiting, for only an hour early check in, I paid 14 euros extra. The room was smelling a very strong detergent until night. Maybe this place is acceptable for dormitory beds, but not for travelers who want privacy. And the location is little weird. Pay some more and find a hotel room. You will end up paying extra anyways."
