"Upon check in they couldn’t find our reservation. There are little amenities. Expedia advertised free breakfast, but there is no breakfast. Hot water is hit or miss. Had to call maintenance to our room twice. Also, very loud!! You can hear every conversation in the halls and rooms around you."

"This hotel offers the bare essentials, nothing less, nothing more. The room was clean, the a/c worked, the bathroom was fully functional and spacious. However, bed squeaked if you walked near it and the workspace was a bit cramped for me. There was no safe in the room, and there are no food facilities onsite. However, there is a vending machine in the cafeteria. The Wi-Fi is pretty decent and I had no issues with it. If you just need a clean, quite, place to rest, at great prices, and you are in the area, check them out."

"Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. I think the hotel challenged the toilet paper company to give them the thinnest t.p. in the world. You're definitely not saving money with the amount of t.p. that is needed because it's worse than paper thin. Fast elevators and friendly staff."

"Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door....."

"I got a queen size regular room on the 4th floor. It was of a good size although the bathroom was on the small side. Not much of a view overlooking air conditioning and heating equipment but it was very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel because the food was good and staff was friendly. I will stay here again."
