"Fantastic, brand new apartment. The villa is set a bit further back from the main pool & other villas but if you like privacy & space it’s fantastic! It’s 10 min walk to beach & chill grill & pizza place are 3 min walk out the door. They can show you short cut back. The villa is decorated well & everything is here you need. 7/11 5 min walk but reception gave us a lift when we needed to bring back food/water etc. staff accommodated us well & the private pool is a great bonus. "The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. "Our stay at Lanta Miami was bliss. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful.
