"The location of the hotel was central to all the important historical attractions. The hotel is elegant with an air of luxury and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was super clean , beautiful bed linen and comfortable. We had lunch and dinner on several occasions and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely stay there again."

"1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. "I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests....
